Please read these Terms carefully before using SurveyAny. By accessing or using surveyany.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and SurveyAny ("we", "us", "our"), a platform operated from West Bengal, India. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
SurveyAny provides a web-based platform that allows users to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@surveyany.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Each person may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.
You agree not to use SurveyAny to:
⚠️ You are solely responsible for the content of forms you create and the data you collect. SurveyAny is a platform provider and is not liable for how you use respondent data. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws.
You retain full ownership of the forms you create and the responses you collect. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using our service, you grant SurveyAny a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
You are the Data Fiduciary for data collected from your respondents. You must have a lawful basis for collecting such data and must maintain a privacy notice accessible to your respondents. You must not use respondent data for purposes beyond what is disclosed to them.
The Free Plan includes unlimited responses and core features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days' notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019: annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of purchase if the service is materially defective. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins. Refund requests must be sent to hello@surveyany.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
The SurveyAny name, logo, platform design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by SurveyAny. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SurveyAny integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), Google (authentication), and others. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SurveyAny shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SurveyAny in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold SurveyAny, its operators, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, or damage arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) data you collect through the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
